Fix Career Form Submission Error

I'm running into an error on my website on the career form. After submission, it displays the error message "Form submission failed". This bug needs swift resolution as it's a major part of my site's functionality.
Additionally, there are other issues needing attention:
1. Blog Page Problem: The content of my blog page isn't showing up at all. The page loads but the content doesn't appear.
2. Menu Refresh: The 'Close' button functionality with the website's menu isn't working as expected. Instead of just the menu closing, the entire website refreshes.
