Figma design for volunteer management

I need a figma designed which will later be translated into ASP.Net/C# with Razor views.

The goal is volunteer management and has the following requirements :
- Sign up / Login /Password rest page
- List of all volunteers
- Detail page of a volunteer (example can be sent upon confirmation)
- Import/Export functionality on CSV
- Administratino page (example can be sent upon confirmation)

All needs to be done in the style of the current web page which will be share upon assignment.
