Facebook API Expert to Consult on current Code

We have written code in ASP.net that posts an add to Facebook business account via code.
We have the campaign being created but Ad not posting. We also need assistance with getting the Stats back from facebook on those ads.
Project is online zoom consultation only. Assist our developer on zoom to review code and see problems and help us resolve.
ONLY FACEBOOK AD API experienced proposals only. If you have never done it I do not have time for someone who is learning. Must have done it before and know it very well.
