Ensure human registration form

I have a web form project with registration form that I want to add library that will prevent automated or robot registration. I need someone who have done such work with one of the available libraries for this purpose like the BotDetect captcha. The work will involve adding a reference to this library using NUGET and then doing a simple check to ensure you can only register if you enter the number on the generated image.
