DevExpress ASP .NET Redirect to new child page with combo boxes and text boxes populated or data bound based on chosen category

I need some help with an ASP .NET application.

I need to:

Click an ASPXTreeList object.

This should present a new child page with combo boxes pre-populated and data bound to SQL based on values from the ASPXTreeList item clicked.
