Dev Express Help for ASP.NET web forms

I'm looking for help with troubleshooting an existing Dev Express project working in ASP.NET web forms, in version 12.x. I don't have any experience with Dev Express, so I am looking for someone to help me get through the process. The project contains existing code that I am trying to integrate Dev Express into, plus custom components that I may need help creating. If you have any experience working with Dev Express and solving problems related to this system, I'd be grateful for your help.
Please note : Code is not shareable so you need to work with me using Zoom or Google Meets.
Problem : Currently I have two DevExpress Combo boxes. One loading data using the other one. It is extremely slow. I want to make fast load data with in 1 second.
