Data Management website of 3 x Tables asp.net

I'm in need of an ASP.NET website to manage data in 3 Tables.
There is a main table which has around 20 fields and then two sub tables which have 4 and 5 fields.
Need the ability to search data, load up a record and see sub records attached to that record.
Should have the ability to ADD, EDIT, Delete and search data within these tables.
ASP.NET(VB), MSSQL.
Tables have been attached.
