DNN expert to install a new theme on my website

Job ID: 37326249

Budget: $100 – $500 USD

I am looking for a DNN (DotNetNuke) expert to modernize my website with a new responsive theme.
- Platform: DNN
- Theme: I need recommendations for a new theme
- Required skills: DNN, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS/JS, MS SQL
- Preferred time-frame: next week (Oct 23 - 27)

My website URL is: www.mizu-voip.com (I don't know if I am allowed to post the website URL here)
It is a simple website of about 80 pages presenting my software offers.
I am also a developer, but I don't have much ASP.NET and DNN experience and would not like to spend my time digging more into these technologies or wasting time with DNN.

Currently I am using two old skins for desktop (MinimalExtropy) and for mobile (DarkKnightMobile) with redirects from IIS.
I want a (single) new modern/responsive/flexible/SEO friendly/future proof theme/design.
I see that there is a free DNNCommunityTheme but I would prefer to use something which might look better and has more features such as https://store.dnnsoftware.com/glend-unlimited-responsive-multi-purpose-dnn-theme-v300-content-builder-26-designs
Otherwise, I am open for any kind of theme if you have a better suggestion. I assume that I will be able to easily make further modification from the new theme later.

The new theme should preserve all the current functionalities, link structure and the current desktop layout (order of the modules on the pages; currently my DarkKnightMobile mobile theme is broken a bit since the order is not correct, displaying modules at the bottom of the pages which should be at the top).

Thus, the he main objective is to set a trouble free good-looking responsive theme.
Other objectives:
- Upgrade to latest DNN (current: 9.4.4 -> latest: 9.13. The upgrade process works smoothly, but I will left it for you because meantime you can remove Telerik)
- Remove Telerik components (the upgrade process doesn't perform this automatically for some reason, so you might have to follow the procedure described here: https://docs.dnncommunity.org/content/getting-started/setup/telerik-removal/index.html)
- Fix the error at Site settings -> Default pages
- Fix as many site errors/exceptions as possible (see the dnn/site/admin logs).
- Setup a better blog module (optional, if possible)
- Optimize website/database, beautify/improve whatever quickly possible
- Any design/layout/theme/skin change suggestions

At the end of your work, then website should be good-looking/polished, ready for publishing.

I will provide RDP access to the machine hosting the website (a snapshot of our production machine with sensitive files removed)
Once you are done, I assume that I will have to move only the website folder and the database back to the live server.
