Create a Simple WebService REST API

Using Visual Studio, create an ASP.net Core Web API project with one endpoint. Use code provided in attached CubeViewListController.cs . Deploy on Nginx configured for SSL on port 8080. Upon completion, provide working nginx configuration and Visual Studio project. Assist with getting this working in customer environment. This will be the starting basis for a web API project.

I can provide SSL cert and key to use on nginx if needed.
