Corporate Services Management Solution full project

I run a small software development business and one of my clients needs a system to be used by corporate services companies in Malta. Lets jump in business. A CSP (company service provider) is a company which as part of its business manages the lifecycle of many other companies. The life cycle of this companies that needs to be managed are the company main details and shares, members and directors list, shareholders, share transfers and share certificates. At any point in time the system should be able to return the details of the company as at a point in time in history for due diligence. There are many other side things to handle but those will be discussed later. The software should be able to onboard many CSP with each CSP able to onboard many companies. This software is to be used by CSPs as SaaS operated by my client therefore an administration of CSPs and subscriptions and what comes related is part of the project.
Technology: This should use .NET 5.0 and ported to .NET 6.0 once its publicly released. Makes use of MySQL Database Server. Entity Framework code first approach (with no migrations) full separation of concerns using as a minimum design pattern the Data Layer, Business Layer, Front Layer. Should be developed in latest C# code. HTML5 CSS3 and Javascript/jQuery. Also allowing the facility for Vue.js to be used. Project must be strict on Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control. Visual template: the AdminLTE 3 can be used for this however one must make sure its easily upgradable to AdminLTE newwer releases (not using Nuget package).
I am giving out a good and great amount considering who is BIDDING KNOWS THERE ARE MANY UNKOWNS there fore no negotiations upwards or downwards will be made also if requirement increases (unless they are out of context requirements). Project needs to be ready by maximum end of February 2022 with a beta release in December 2021. In 4 weeks I will be able to provide requirements documentation covering 75% of the project but I can't wait this much to outsource.
