Convert 4 pages ASP.NET Webforms website to bootstrap 3 responsive / mobile first website

We've the website wheelerhub.com, it's written in ASP.NET Webforms and it contains only the below 4 pages:
1. Visitors.master (The master page)
2. homepage.aspx
3. vehicle-search.aspx
4. vehicle-details.aspx
We're using bootstrap 3 framework and we need to convert each of the above 4 pages to bootstrap 3 responsive / mobile first page.
We've attached the current website files for modification which is connected to the hosting DB, then the developer will work on it and should submit the updated website files for testing with different screen sizes.
