Convert multilanguage project in MVC

I'm looking for someone with experience in ASP.NET MVC to help customize an existing project of mine. This customization will require knowledge of the C# language. Preference is given to those with experience in MVC and C#. In summary, I'm looking to have an existing project revamped using ASP.NET MVC and C#, so the project can be multilanguage-friendly.
