Convert Classic ASP app to current dot.net app

I do consulting and I have a client that a small internal web site that was written in classic ASP in the early 2000's. It runs against SQL Server. Needed it converted to modern .net so that it can run on current Windows Server. I have attached the code and a word documents showing the screens. If successful could lead to more work.
