Convert ASP.~NET VB.net Form project to ASP.NET Core 3 MVC -Jquery project

I have an existing project that has a reporting module written in ASP.NET Form (vb.net.). I need someone to convert to ASP.NET Core 3 MVC-Jquery project. It does have a lot of files, but it is a repetitive concept (Report engine) reusing same concepts and templates all over again multiple times.
Some parts of the report are fully VB.Net ASPX. Some parts integrate with stimulsoft report. (.mrt reports)
