Classroom management website

I want a dynamic website done in asp.net MVC that can manage an university classroom. The main entities are teachers, students, courses and assignments. I want the students to be able to submit an assignment (attachments) through their assigned class and the teacher to grade it and leave a feedback. I want it done in asp.net mvc and the use of a mysql database if possible. I would also need help with the deployment.
