They'll need to be comfortable with sole responsibility for the development, maintenance and support of the systems and websites, be keen to learn and understand the entire business, able to convert business requirements into elegant and efficient system and database modifications, troubleshoot, produce user friendly web pages, have an eye for web design, and have excellent SQL writing skills.
