Building a simple LMS using asp.net and Mysql

I need to develop a simple lms using asp.net and mysql. The LMS should have a user management area for staff and students, a dashboard for staff and students, content upload for staff and content access for students, simple chat feature, exams area for takehome exams, gradebook.
