Build me a webApplication

Using ASP.Net, C#, Telerik controls I need a cool web application template connecting to SQL Database. The project should have Telerik menu in Master page (with RadSkin manager on the UI) and all the DB operations on a table. The master page should be very attractive. a transparent login screen should be visible on top of the masterpage when the application loads. Sample form template should have Rad grid populating data from table/query allowing filter/sorting and an Inside template to edit Grid data. Use classes to reuse it. The project should contain an example of Entity Framework for CRUD operations. I am not looking for developing the entire application now. Its just some tests to see If the developer can be accepted and move forward. If the project is selected, we will hire the developer for other module developments & share the SDA.
