Avalara Tax API Connector Developer
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking a professional, assertive and experienced ASP.NET developer to create a web API connector from our POS to the Avalara Tax API.
Key requirements:
• Creation of a script that will run daily, accurately transmitting invoice information to Avalara.
• Should utilize RESTful API calls for interaction with the Avalara Tax API.
• All API calls should be made using JSON data format.
I expect the developer to display:
• Extensive experience in building robust ASP.NET applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integrations.
• Familiarity or experience with Avalara Tax API would be beneficial.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
Unfortunately the previous freelancer was not well fit for this type of project and was not able to properly transmit the data from the POS to avalara as he did not have the proper understanding of POS systems and invoicing.
There are multiple ways of approaching this project as I have access to the SQL database, and the API endpoints along with the API documentation.
