Aspnetcore 5 one page project

I have asp net core5- a small project need to modify one page to accept data fitchig from db to dropdown list on create, edit and index pages, page is simple sub category page data displayed in a table and on create or edit popup screen should appear, i have the project db and the design and need only small help with modifying my project..
