Asp.net core web api(without Entity framework) using stored procedure

I will provide a stored procedure query,database &server name, you need to connect that with asp.net core web api without using entity framework and I need the values of stored procedures to be displayed in the output.

I needed it to complete within 1 hr time,As I will provide a code with model class, appsettings .json,dal methods,all you to do is modify the code which was given by me in morning after we connect.
