we have an existing system that needs a primary developer to make new changes to an inventory and sales system written in asp.net
in addition, not a related project we have a new project which we are using blazor and would like to finish the project
both projects are related since the existing developer must reduce his hours for personal reason, he will stay and help transition, etc for as long as needed
