Asp.net MVC bootstrap form without db

I have to develop learning management system in aspnetzero framework but before assign project there is task in MVC we need to do with jQuery validation and just httppost method no db only design and hit submitted value in controller.
Can be check and if one checked in front there is textbox if it's not filled should show validation
Both checkboxes a for payment
25 rs wala koi na koi ek checkboxes required chahiye agar dono select karega to 50 grand total aana chahiye.
Noted required nahi he
Payment method wala dono select karna he to kar sakta he but uske aage wala textbox he agar koi check karta he to required kr sakta he dono bhi check ho sakte he payment method me haala ki udhr likkha he only one required but dono bhi ho sakta he.
Simple MVC no db interection
Aur design bootstrap me chahiye
To vo code base dekhenge
Use viewbag or viewdata to put name and styllist
Design aur HttpPost method me data model me post ho jaaye vesa MVC controller.
We need till in 2 hrs.
Like var nahi use karna hoga Jo return type hota he vahi mention karne ka
