Asp.net LMS

Looking to create a new LMS in asp.net. Has to be compliant with all the requirements in education such as SCORM, LTi, possible SaaS. Also SQL database. We currently have an LMS with tons of features, we will need to import current database, content, records and add the features we currently have.
