Asp.Net Core Webhook receiver/listener for Authorize.Net

I need a solution/project created in Visual Studio 2019, using the ASP.Net Core Web API project type that receives a webhook JSON payload at a https://xxxxxxxxx.com/AuthorizeNetListener/ from Authorize.Net. It should verify the payload as specified in this documentation https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/features/webhooks.html#Verifying_the_Notification
