Asp.Net Core MVC Web App Development

I'm looking for an expert in ASP.NET Core MVC for web application development. The project does not currently have specific front-end requirements, so flexibility and creativity in design would be a plus. Key Skills Required: - Proficient in ASP.NET Core MVC - Experience in web application development - Knowledgeable in Bootstrap and/or custom CSS (optional but preferred) - Familiar with user authentication, data visualization and file upload functionalities in web apps (prior experience with these is a plus) Please note: The project may evolve to include more specific front-end requirements and functionalities, so a willingness to adapt and innovate is appreciated.
