Asp.Net AdminLte Google Map Development Project

I am looking for a cost-effective developer who can help us in developing a project in Asp.Net (Framework 4.6) in AdminLte where in I want to save, view and edit multiple Geo Fences created in the google map which will be loaded in the Web application based on the search text.
The Requirement is that the User will have to enter the Text of the required location and then the area should be available in the listing based on google and then on selection, the same should be displayed on the map. The user should be able to change the location by moving the pointer (pinning a nearby location) after the display of search result. Once displayed on the map, the user should be able to create a minimum of 4 points and a maximum of 10 points in one fence and totally create three fences on the same map one after the other. While the fence creation is done, each fences shall be shown seperately with some colour or shading for easy user friendly views. Provisions for View, Edit, and Delete should be available. Some additional informations such as distance of the Fence point selection from the search location or Location searched and then moved should be shown, and also add few text parameters in the Text Box provided. All the entered Data shall be saved in Maria DB (Table Structure will be provided by us).
I am looking for someone who has previously developed similar projects and would like to see a demo during the initial discussion. Kindly quote the best hourly rates which will not be changed at any later point of time after discussions. I am mentioning this line because I had experience with many people quoting lower rates for the discussion's sake and then changing the rates after discussing the requirements. So genuine people who have the experience and those who can take up this requirement with the best and most cost-effective rate may please submit their bid.
