Apply SSL CERTIFICATE to .NET CORE Web Application

I have been developing Asp.Net Core applications with SQL Server backend, C#, JQuery, Kendo UI for JQuery, and Telerik Reports. I need to take advantage of React's flexibility and speed, and will like to have a developer with strong experience in my current tools of choice AND React to create some new React components and integrate with my application. Will provide more details when I get a developer who is strong in the mentioned products/technologies.
