Admin Panel (WEB UI) of Construction Site Job Tracking App

Backend and API written in .NET 6.
Project has mobile application written in Flutter. We will publish it on Google Play Store and App Store, but for our clients we need an admin panel.
Previous developer finished 95% of API for mobile application, but quitted on web UI.
Main Terms
- For Web UI, developer will use API methods which is already created. If developer needs new methods, he/she will create it. We may help to the developer for this new methods.
- An UI Template will be used (previous developer applied template to the project)
- Project will be developed as ASP.NET MVC project. (previous developer created the project)
- We want to work with milestone working principles. Our milestones are like in picture
