Adding multiple selection Dropdowns in existing .NET web application

We have an up and running .NET application and need to make changes on Client profile page. Need to introduce Race, Ethinicity,Sex and orientation fields on Client profile page. These fields will include dropdowns and multiple selection can be made through them. So the changes will be made on client edit page and client view page .
