Adapt ASP.NET MVC 6 Code to Azure

I am currently in need of an Azure developer who can adapt the code of my ASP.NET MVC 6 to Azure App Service. Several pages, namely the Home, About, and Contact pages are not displaying correctly and need immediate attention. Additionally, I need a new page created that will allow for the addition of text, number, and date fields onto the database. This task is of the utmost urgency and I am hoping for its completion as soon as possible. Ideal candidates for this project would have proven experience with Azure and ASP.NET MVC 6.
I would like also to download some files from this , and store them in a temp folder next to root directories
