Accounting Software - ASP.NET MVC

We want to add accounting module in our existing system. Current system has Inventory module so far. It should use API to do database transactions. Accounting software should have below features and retain same design style.

Manage Account Type - List (Manual Import)
Chart of Accounts - List / Edit / Create / Deactivate (only a few) / Import / Export
Expense Entry - List (Filter) / Edit / Create / Deactivate
Payment Entry - List (Filter) / Edit / Create / Deactivate
Vendor Credits - List (Filter) / Edit / Create / Deactivate
Payment Receipts - List (Filter) / Edit / Create / Deactivate
Credit Note - List (Filter) / Edit / Create / Deactivate
Journal Voucher - List (Filter) / Edit / Create / Deactivate
Dashboard(s)
Trial Balance
Profit and Loss
Balance Sheet
Account Statement
Lock Transactions

Aside from the above, it should integrate with existing inventory module on below entities:
Customers
Vendors
Invoices
Purchases
