ASP.net create apple / google wallet passes

Looking to convert membership cards to apple wallet and google pass. Using vb.net I could sabe the member card in pdf or jpg form, i then want to allow the user to use a URL to pick up their pass which they can cna save to apple wallet or android equivalent
