ASP.net / MVC form development

We have an existing ASP.net MVC webapge that needs a new form. The form will allow users to select a client from a list of clients, then create a work order quote for that client.
The work order will be of a dynamic, user-defined length (typically 5-20 rows, added one at a time). Each row will start by choosing an item for a list provided by an SQL view. That item will have a base price, which will auto-fill from the SQL view. The row will have a field for the user to alter the price from 1-10 percent (discount). The row will also have a field to select the quantity of the item in the row, and generate a total price at the end of the row. Therefore each row will provide the following fields (item name, item code, item base price, price adjustment percentage, adjusted price, item quantity, total item price). The form will also provide a total price of all of the total item prices.
Once the user is done, they will be able to save, which will save the table to a SQL database.
