ASP.Net to Wordpress/Power Platform Conversion

I have an existing website built on ASP.Net with Razor Engine that I'd like to convert to either WordPress or Microsoft Power Platform. The main aim of this conversion is to make content management easier and to be able to better create reports from the various database tables. I'm open to your expert opinion on which platform will best meet my needs. The site is currently on Azure and needs to be investigated if it is possible to move to a non Azure platform.

Key requirements for this project include:
- Proficiency in both ASP.Net and the chosen platform (WordPress or Microsoft Power Platform)
- Ability to seamlessly migrate the existing website's features and data
- Implement an intuitive, user-friendly content management system
- Configure e-commerce functionality

The successful freelancer will need to:
- Understand the intricacies of relational databases and be able to generate reports from them
- Be able to explain the pros and cons of each platform in terms of scalability and integration
- Guide the decision-making process in selecting the most suitable platform for my needs
- Have prior experience with similar conversions and be able to provide examples of their work
