ASP.Net C# Webforms page layout

We have a need for someone with experience in WebForms. You must also have devexpress or have used devexpress controls. If we find the right freelancer there will be more work after this project. We have a need for a page layout of 24 fields. These field will be given to the selected freelancer. This is very simple there will not be any database coding at all. Just layout the page with 24 input fields. The database saving and loading will be performed from code behind code. We are looking for a professional page layout.
