ASP.Net MVC web application development
Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR
I have a half development ASP.Net MVC web application. I want someone either take the source code and develop it further OR develop it from scratch.
I have the required WebAPI that talks to the database. So your part is only to create the UI in cshtml and Razor engine and use the WebAPI.
I believe it will have abt 120-150 hours of work. But i want it completed by 31st Jan.

I want you to read the requirement and in your reply tell whether you will develop from existing code or will develop from scratch. Bids without this info will be disregarded.
