ASP.Net MVC5 App - Minor changes + ongoing support

ASP.Net MVC5 App with 7 table SQL database is about to go live, needs new developer to make tiny changes and then support it for a monthly fee (to be arranged as an addition to this project). Project then to be advanced in complexity. 2 Issues to resolve are a sort on a list (dates sort as varchars) and create a new password reset button on an existing UserRights view.
