Overview
The client has built an in-house CRM using ASP.NET with SQL Database on Azure. CRM system is used to inject all sales orders via customer service/web channels.
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (SaaS Based ERP) is now being implemented to replace Quick Books.
There is a limited API integration between CRM and Warehouse management system to interface Sales orders to Warehouse and bring back shipment/tracking information.
Requirement
The requirement is to integrate the CRM System with Microsoft Dynamics for
- CRM to Dynamics BC => Sales order postings (Creation, Change, Cancellation etc)
- Dynamics BC to CRM => Shipment/Tracking information
