ASP.NET with Vb Development adding features to existing software

I am looking for someone who can add new features to existing software, i need a print webpage button, i need to take a google map picture and add it to a page, i need to create a button that lets end users upload a video, and a button to edit the page, i am looking for someone i can ideally work with long term as i am ineed of a good ASP.net Dev to take over from my old dev.
