ASP.NET Web App: Performance Boost & Mobile Enhancement

I have a web application built in ASP.NET approximately 2–3 years ago that was never finalized. I have the source code and am looking for an experienced developer to further develop and optimize it, especially for mobile devices. Additionally, I want to enhance its functionality by adding new menus, reports, and a simple Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard for data visualization.

Key Requirements:

Mobile Optimization: Ensure the application is fully responsive and user-friendly on mobile devices.
Enhanced Features: Add new menus and allow reports to be previewed in a visually appealing way, integrating data visualization elements like charts and graphs.
SQL Integration: I will provide SQL queries for the necessary data. You will integrate these into the application effectively.
Database Access: Live database access will be provided for testing and development purposes.

Preferred Skills:

Strong experience with ASP.NET and web application development.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (like Bootstrap or similar) for mobile responsiveness.
Experience with integrating BI tools or creating dashboards using charts and graphs.
Familiarity with SQL Server for database integration.

Deliverables:

Fully optimized and responsive web application for both desktop and mobile.
Implementation of new features, including menus, reports, and BI dashboard.
Testing and deployment on the live database.
