ASP.NET, C# Technical Leader Needed

I manage a platform filled with applications and I am seeking a Technical Leader with expertise in ASP.NET and C# to oversee a small team. The primary focus of this role will be doing development and supervising development tasks of others, with particular attention to maintaining high standards of code quality and conducting thorough reviews.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all development tasks to ensure they are completed to the highest standard
- Conducting regular code reviews to maintain code quality
- Implementing best practices and standards in all development work
- Mentoring and training team members as needed
- Updating Database related changes (Scripts, Procedures etc.) on Test, Staging & Live Server
- Moving updated pages on Test, Staging and Live Server
- Putting down time message while updating on Live Server
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in ASP.NET and C#, with a demonstrated ability to lead a small team. You should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality.
