ASP.NET SSO Solution with SAML

I'm looking for a skilled developer/company to help me integrate a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution into my existing ASP.NET application.
- The solution should function as an Identity Provider (IDP) using a custom database for authentication.
- The primary purpose of this integration is to enable single sign-on (SSO) for users of my application.
- I do not require support for just-in-time (JIT) user provisioning. All users will be pre-provisioned and added to application Database.
- The authentication protocol to be used is SAML.
The successful freelancer will have:
- Proficient experience in ASP.NET development
- Prior experience with implementing SSO solutions, specifically as an IDP using a custom database
- A strong understanding of SAML and its integration with ASP.NET
- Excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth project delivery and integration with my existing application
The application will need to communicate with custom in-house applications via SSO. The ideal candidate will be able to implement this in a way that ensures seamless, secure access for our users.
