ASP.NET Expert or IIS WebDav IT Professional Needed for Server Configuration

I'm facing a critical issue with Microsoft Word 365 not being able to save documents back to my server. I need an ASP.NET Developer or an IT professional with deep expertise in IIS, WebDAV, and Windows authentication mechanisms to help me resolve this. The server is running on Windows Server and currently, we are using Basic Authentication.
The objective of this project is to configure my server and client settings so that Word 365 can open documents in edit mode and save them without encountering the 'File is Read-Only' error or any authentication prompts.
