ASP.NET Core Web App with WhatsApp Notifications - Remainder app

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a custom ASP.NET Core web application for me, hosted on Ubuntu Linux. This application needs to allow me to set various types of reminders - one-time, recurring (daily, weekly, monthly), and event-based reminders on specific dates and times and notify me on whatsapp
