ASP.NET Core (MVC) / Azure Code Repository project assistance

Hello,
The first stage of this project should take about 2 to 3 hours. After that, there will be ongoing, part-time work for the successful candidate.
Looking for a developer to assist and consult with the following:
MVC routing
Setting up a continuous build
Setup of Azure code repository
NOTE: If you have experience in some but not all of these areas, I am open to interviewing multiple candidates for each of the steps above. In your submission, please detail which areas are your strongest skillsets.
