ASP.NET Blazor help

I am a programmer, I normally do Node JS. But I took over a .NET app that uses Blazor as one of the apps in the solution, I just have some basic questions on how .NET and Blazor apps works. I think there are 4 projects in the solution so its not just Blazor..... I just need up to 1 hour zoom call so we can go over the project. I know code so I dont need help with that, I just need to know where the app starts, etc....
