ASP.NET + Angular pages for editing data in a grid, with service connectivity

This will be a starting point for more possible work. At this time, the requirement is really simple, for a single or a couple of pages. I can provide the code snippets for shuttling data in and out of the page, by calling an existing service. There may be other tweaks, like adding a treeview or a couple of dropdowns, row editing (detail) page, etc.

I need someone who can make the UI part look really well and be optimally functional, not only some ASP.NET default styling.
