ASP.NET API Testing Guidance Needed

I'm looking for some assistance with ASP.NET, particularly with testing APIs using IIS Express and Postman. My main areas of concern are:

- Using IIS Express to test [Route] and [HttpPost] Attributes for a C# function
- Running or testing a project that only contains APIs


I mainly just need to know how to run the project or test the API's, I can figure out the rest myself


Ideal skills for this project include:
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET
- Proficiency in API testing
- Familiarity with IIS Express and Postman
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
