APIM and App services

I'm looking for someone with the following experience to help with an ongoing project and guide me through it:
Designing and onboarding APIs (SOAP, REST) into Azure API Management (APIM) by applying various policies and exposing the Developer Portal to partners.
Designing and developing message services using Azure Event Grid, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Service Bus.
Designing and developing Domain APIs using Azure Functions, adopting a service-oriented architecture.
Designing and developing API CRUD operations that connect to NoSQL databases such as Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB.
Designing and configuring Azure Application Gateway to route traffic from both on-premises and public sources.
Provisioning Azure resources such as Azure APIM, Function App, Logic App, Service Bus, Event Hub, Event Grid, Storage Account, and Key Vault using ARM templates and PowerShell scripts.
